The Global HIV Criminalisation Database comprises three interconnecting, fully searchable databases:
Laws & Analyses Full text of known HIV criminalisation laws used by country/jurisdiction, an overview of how laws are used, and significant advocacy developments
Cases HIV criminalisation cases taken verbatim from news media but with names and other identifying characteristics removed
OrganisationsOrganisations actively working against HIV criminalisation and other intersectional forms of criminalisation
Each section of the Global HIV Criminalisation Database also features an interactive search tool and global map providing a visual account of where different kinds of laws are used, where various types of cases have been reported, and where organisations operate.
