Overview
There are no HIV-specific laws or laws relating to disease in Palau’s criminal code. We are not aware of any cases of general laws being used to prosecute HIV ‘exposure’, non-disclosure, or transmission in Palau, which has had only 13 cases of HIV diagnosed as at 2017.
