Overview
The Penal Code, 2017 replaced the Penal Code, 1976. It was adopted on 15 May 2017 and entered into force on 14 February 2018. HJN is not aware of any relevant laws, however we were unable to translate the Penal Code to confirm.
HJN is not aware of any cases of HIV criminalisation.
