A group of people infected with HIV was detained in the Shaikhantakhur district while providing intimate services
On October 28 of this year, employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received operational information that citizens nicknamed “Vazira” and “Dono”, as well as other persons, with the aim of material enrichment, provided intimate services by contacting clients via the Internet.
In the course of an operational event, carried out on the basis of the information received, the following was established by the officers of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Shaykhantakhur region.
When inspecting an apartment in a house on one of the streets of the Shaykhantakhur district, it was found that a 25-year-old temporarily unemployed HIV-positive Sh.O., permanently registered in one of the regions of the Republic, created conditions in one of the rooms of this apartment for the provision of intimate services by a 31-year-old citizen S.U. to the client for 1,000,000 soums. Sh.O. were seized in the presence of attesting witnesses as material evidence.
In addition, three trans* persons were detained in this apartment, providing intimate services for a certain amount to clients. These are unmarried, previously not convicted, HIV-positive 23-year-old B.D. and 28-year-old Z.N., as well as 26-year-old unmarried, not previously convicted, temporarily unemployed G.F.
In the course of the investigative actions, it was established that the above mentioned persons had previously been diagnosed with HIV infection, after which they were officially warned by the medical workers of the Center for the Fight against AIDS about criminal liability for the deliberate spread of HIV infection.
In addition, it became known that these persons rented apartments in various districts of the capital to provide intimate services.
In this regard, in relation to the above persons, the relevant documents were drawn up, and for the adoption of legal measures were transferred to the Department of Internal Affairs No. 2 of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Shaykhantakhur region.

В Шайхантахурском районе при оказании интимных услуг была задержана группа лиц, зараженная ВИЧ-инфекцией
28 октября текущего года сотрудники ГУУР МВД получили оперативную информацию о том, что граждане по прозвищу «Вазира» и «Доно», а также другие лица с целью материального обогащения, оказывали интимные услуги, связываясь с клиентами через сеть интернет.
В ходе оперативного мероприятия, проведенного по полученной информации, сотрудниками ГУУР МВД и УКД ОВД Шайхантахурского района было установлено следующее.
При осмотре квартиры дома по одной из улиц Шайхантахурского района установлено, что 25-летний временно безработный ВИЧ-инфицированный Ш.О., постоянно прописанный в одной из областей Республики, создал условия в одной из комнат данной квартиры для оказания интимных услуг 31-летней гражданкой С.У. клиенту за 1.000.000 сумов. Денежные средства у Ш.О. были изъяты в присутствии понятых в качестве вещественных доказательств.
Помимо этого, в данной квартире были задержаны трое трансвеститов, оказывающих интимные услуги за определенную сумму клиентам. Это, неженатые, ранее не судимые, ВИЧ-инфицированные 23-летний Б.Д. и 28-летний З.Н., а также 26-летний неженатый, ранее не судимый, временно безработный Г.Ф.
В ходе следственных действий было установлено, что у вышеуказанных лиц ранее были выявлены заражения ВИЧ-инфекцией, после чего они официально были предупреждены медработниками Центра по борьбе со СПИДом об уголовной ответственности за умышленное распространение ВИЧ-инфекции.
Кроме того, стало известно, что данные лица для оказания интимных услуг снимали в аренду квартиры в различных районах столицы.
В связи с этим, в отношении вышеперечисленных лиц были составлены соответствующие документы, и для принятия законных мер переданы в ОВД №2 УКД ОВД Шайхантахурского района.
