Husband arrested for infecting wife with HIV

A man is behind bars accused of knowingly infecting his wife with HIV.
The woman tested positive for HIV in May. When she went home, she recognized HIV medication in her husband’s dresser drawer.
Police learned TX, 38, tested positive for HIV in 2003.
He met his wife in 2012. They married in 2013.
She said they had unprotected sex regularly since 2013. He never mentioned having the virus.
X is in jail on a $10,000 bond. He’s charged with criminally exposing someone to HIV.
