A Memphis man is charged with not telling two sexual partners he is HIV positive.
MX, 29, is charged with four counts criminal exposure.
Two women told police they tested positive for HIV after having unprotected sex with Ballard.
Both told police he never said he had the virus.
According to police, X has been HIV positive since 2012.
MX is due in court on October 25.
