Man with HIV charged after failing to disclose

A Union, Kentucky man was charged Friday after allegedly having a long-term sexual relationship with a woman without telling her he HIV positive, police said.
X, 37, was arrested on Cherbourg Drive, police said and charged with eight counts of wanton endangerment in the first degree, a felony.
According to jail records, X also has an open case for probation violation.
X is currently at the Boone County Jail.
