Mbour: an AIDS patient sleeps with his "future wife" to transmit the virus to her
S.S. appeared before the court of Mbour for having sexual relations with his partner while he was infected with the AIDS virus. He deliberately infected his Guinean girlfriend with HIV.
It was in September 2022 that S.S got to know the lady R. B through his best friend, Morel.
Immediately, reports L’OBS, S. S who had never seen R. B except through a photo posted on his WhatsApp profile, very quickly asked his friend Morel to give him the girl’s number.
Morel who thought he knew S. S with whom he has shared everything in life, agrees to help his friend to convince the Guinean girl to accept the marriage proposal.
Thus, the connections established, S. S, who had already begun to contact his future wife by telephone from Guinea, proposed to the latter to come and visit her so that they could familiarise themselves before the wedding.
This proposal was accepted by his sweetheart, who arrived in Saly with her aunt on 10 September.
But S.S who has been living with HIV for decades hides his illness from R.B with whom he has unprotected sex for a week.
After satisfying his libido, S.S. joins his friend Morel to complain about the big difference between the beauty seen on the young lady’s photo and the reality of things.
He invents a trip to Morocco. Knowing that his concubine keeps a large sum of money with her, he borrows 700,000 FCFA from her to buy goods in Morocco.
He drops his girlfriend and his aunt off in Dakar and asks them to wait for him at a relative’s house until he returns from his trip.
But S. S never went to Morocco, he returned to Saly. He was betrayed by his mobile phone.
His concubine eventually filed a complaint. Having the medical file of S. S, the detectives advised the lady to go for a consultation to know her HIV status.
The prosecution requested 5 years imprisonment against him. Deliberation is scheduled for 8 September.

S.S a comparu devant le tribunal de Mbour pour avoir eu des relations sexuelles avec sa partenaire alors qu’il était atteint du virus du Sida. Il a contaminé volontairement sa copine guinéenne avec le VIH.
C’est en septembre 2022 que S.S a fait la connaissance de la dame R. B par le truchement de son meilleur ami, Morel.

Aussitôt, relate L’OBS, S. S qui n’a jamais vu R. B qu’à travers une photo postée sur son profil WhatsApp, demande très rapidement à son ami Morel de lui donner le numéro de la jeune fille.
Morel qui pensait bien connaitre S. S avec qui il a tout partagé dans la vie, accepte d’aider son ami afin de convaincre la Guinéenne d’accepter la demande de mariage.
Ainsi, les liaisons établies, S. S qui commence déjà à joindre sa future femme au téléphone depuis la Guinée, propose à cette dernière de venir la rendre visite afin qu’ils se familiarisent avant le mariage.
Une proposition qu’accepte sa dulcinée, qui dès le 10 septembre dernier, débarque avec sa tante à Saly.
Seulement S.S qui vit avec le VIH depuis des décennies cache sa maladie à R. B avec qui il entretient, pendant une semaine, des relations sexuelles non protégées.
Après avoir satisfait sa libido, S. S joint son ami Morel pour se plaindre de la grande différence qui existe, selon lui, entre la beauté constatée sur la photo de la jeune dame et la réalité des choses.
Il s’invente un voyage au Maroc. Sachant que sa concubine garde sur elle une forte somme d’argent, il lui emprunte 700000 FCFA pour acheter des marchandises au Maroc.
Il dépose sa copine et sa tante à Dakar et leur demande de l’attendre chez un parent, en attendant son retour de voyage.
Mais S. S ne s’est jamais rendu au Maroc, il est retourné à Saly. Il sera trahi par son téléphone portable.
Sa concubine finit par porter plainte. Ayant le dossier médical de S. S, les limiers conseillent à la dame de se faire consulter pour savoir son statut de séropositivité.
Le parquet a requis 5 ans de prison ferme contre lui. Délibéré fixé au 8 septembre.
