Russia: In Moscow, a man filed a lawsuit against his wife who allegedly infected him with HIV; investigation is continuing
In Moscow, an employee in one of the military units in the course of a routine inspection found that he had HIV. Subsequently, the man learned from his wife that she had cheated on him, but was afraid to tell right away.
‘The victim turned to his wife for an explanation, and it turned out that in recent years his wife suffered from HIV, but was afraid to tell her husband. X. deliberately concealed from him the disease because of the fear of punishment for treason’, a source in law enforcement informed the Life News Agency.
As a result, the man demanded that the police filed a case against his wife for infecting him with HIV. The police accepted the request of the victim, a resident of Moscow. The investigation into the matter is continuing.
В Москве служащий в одной из войсковых частей в ходе планового обследования выяснил, что болен ВИЧ. Впоследствии мужчина узнал от жены, что она ему изменила, но побоялась сразу рассказать.
“Пострадавший обратился к супруге за разъяснением, и выяснилось, что на протяжении последних лет жена страдала ВИЧ, но боялась сказать об этом мужу. Наталья К. умышленно скрыла от него заболевание, боясь наказания за измену”, — сообщил Life News источник в правоохранительных органах.
В итоге, мужчина потребовал от полиции завести дело на жену за заражение его ВИЧ. Полиция удовлетворила просьбу пострадавшего москвича. Следствие по данному факту продолжается.
