In the Kuban a man who infected a friend with HIV is being judged
In Timashevsk District of Krasnodarsky Krai, the Prosecutor’s office sent to the court a criminal case against a man who transmitted HIV to a woman he knew.
According to investigators, in December 2014 a 29-year-old local resident who knew he had HIV for a long time entered into an intimate relationships with a partner. The man concealed from the woman his diseases, reported the Press Service of the Prosecutor of the Krasnodar Territory to the Internet portal Kuban 24.
A criminal case was filed against the attacker. He pleaded guilty. The case was sent to the court with the confirmation of the indictment. The attacker could face up to five years in prison.

По версии следствия, с декабря 2014 года 39-летний местный житель, знавший о том, что у него ВИЧ-инфекция, долгое время вступал в интимную связь со своей знакомой. Мужчина скрыл от женщины свое заболевание, сообщили интернет-порталу «Кубань 24» в пресс-службе прокуратуры Краснодарского края.
Против злоумышленника возбудили уголовное дело. Он признал свою вину. Материалы дела с утвержденным обвинительным заключением направили в суд. Злоумышленнику грозит до пяти лет лишения свободы.
