In Tikhoretsk, officers of the police department illegally and unreasonably issued a decision to refuse to initiate a criminal case. This fact was revealed by the Tikhoretsk Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office during a supervisory audit.
It turned out that they were trying to hide the deliberate infection with HIV infection by a person who knew that he had this disease. The audit revealed sufficient data confirming the signs of a crime. In this regard, the inter-district prosecutor’s office canceled the decision to refuse to initiate a criminal case.
The Department of Inquiry initiated a criminal case based on the results of an additional check. The perpetrator of the crime is threatened with imprisonment for up to 5 years, the press service of the prosecutor’s office of the Krasnodar Territory reports.

Сокрытие преступления выявили сотрудники Тихорецкой межрайонной прокуратуры.
В Тихорецке сотрудники отдела полиции незаконно и необоснованно выдали постановление об отказе в возбуждении уголовного дела. Этот факт выявила Тихорецкая межрайонная прокуратура в ходе надзорной проверки.
Выяснилось, что пытались сокрыть преднамеренное заражение ВИЧ-инфекцией лицом, знавшим о наличии у него этой болезни. Проверка выявила достаточных данных, подтверждающие признаки преступления. В связи с этим
межрайонная прокуратура постановление об отказе в возбуждении уголовного дела отменила.
Отделом дознания возбуждено уголовное дело – по результатам дополнительной проверки. Виновнику в совершении преступления грозит лишение свободы на срок до 5 лет, сообщает пресс-служба прокуратуры Краснодарского края.
