HIV-infected from Novokuznetsk will go on trial for AIDS infection of her boyfriend
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a painful sexual scandal develops in Novokuznetsk. A 35-year-old man lived in the same apartment as a 36-year-old woman for a year, and not only lived, but really. After a while, they broke up. Later, a Novokuznets citizen felt ill health and went to the hospital. He suggested that the disease was transmitted to him from a former cohabitant, and wrote to her about it on a social network. She admitted to him that she had been infected with this virus since 2010 and, therefore, is registered with the AIDS dispensary.
In relation to the attackers, a criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Art. 122 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Infection with HIV infection”. The defendant faces up to five years in prison.

Через некоторое время они расстались. Позже новокузнечанин почувствовал ухудшение здоровья и обратился в больницу. Он предположил, что заболевание ему передалось от бывшей сожительницы, и написал ей об этом в социальной сети. Та призналась ему, что заражена этим вирусом с 2010 года и в связи с этим стоит на учете в СПИД-диспансере.
В отношении злоумышленницы возбудили уголовное дело по ч. 2 ст. 122 УК РФ «Заражение ВИЧ-инфекцией». Фигурантке грозит до пяти лет лишения свободы.
