An HIV Positive man was arrested and tried to smear a policeman with his blood.
The prosecutor’s office ordered that he be held at the police station for assault and resisting arrest. During the procedure one of the officers was hit and injured.
A man, well known in Trelew’s criminal scene, was arrested after breaking the windows of a house located in sector B of the Constitución neighbourhood.
It happened last Thursday at 21:00. The subject, upon noticing the police presence, tried to flee through the corridors of the building until he reached the place where he was arrested.
The adult malefactor, who had injured himself with one of the windows of the house, tried to escape and drew blood on one of the uniformed officers. According to the police report, the suspect is HIV positive.
During the struggle, the offender tried to snatch the uniformed officers’ service weapon, but was finally able to restrain him. As a result of what happened, a police officer was injured in his left cheekbone as a result of being hit during the intervention.
The arrested man was taken to the local hospital where he spat at the medical staff, which prevented him from being treated.

La fiscalía dispuso que quede alojado en la dependencia policial por atentado y resistencia a la autoridad. Durante el procedimiento uno de los oficiales resultó apedreado y fue herido.
Un hombre, conocido en el ámbito delictivo de Trelew, fue detenido luego de romper las ventanas de un domicilio ubicado en el sector B del barrio Constitución.
Ocurrió el pasado jueves a las 21:00. El sujeto, al percatarse de la presencia policial, intentó huir por los pasillos del pulmón hasta llegar al lugar de la detención.
El malhechor mayor de edad, quien se había lesionado con uno de los cristales de la vivienda, intentó zafarse y manchar con sangre a uno de los uniformados. Según el reporte policial, el demorado posee VIH.
Durante el forcejeo el delincuente intentaba arrebatarle el arma reglamentaria de los uniformados, pero finalmente se logró inmovilizarlo. En virtud de lo sucedido, un efectivo policial resultó herido en su pómulo izquierdo debido a fueron apedreados durante la intervención.
El aprehendido fue trasladado al hospital zonal y allí escupió al personal médico lo que impidió que sea atendido.
La fiscalía dispuso que el hombre permanezca detenido hasta la audiencia de control de detención por atentado y resistencia a la autoridad.
