Man faces third charge of exposure to HIV
JACKSON, Tenn. — A man facing two charges of criminal exposure to HIV is now facing a third count involving a new victim.
Court documents say X identified himself to a third woman as AX in October. The woman told police during an interview about X’s two pending charges that she had X had a sexual relationship in early November, according to court documents.
The woman told police that X never told her that he was HIV positive.
He is currently held on $50,000 bond and a hold has been issued. He is scheduled to return to court Thursday.

JACKSON, Tenn. — A man charged with criminal exposure to HIV last week faces a new charge after a woman recognized him from a Facebook post about his arrest.
X, 30, was arraigned Friday in Jackson City Court on the new charge. According to court documents, the woman told police she met X, who she knew as AX, on an online dating site.
The woman said she met X on Nov. 10 and told police that they had sexual contact numerous times, court documents say.
X is on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Sex Offender Registry for a similar case in 2011.
He is currently free on $15,000 bond.
Man charged with criminal exposure to HIV
JACKSON, Tenn. — Police arrested a registered sex offender accused of exposing a woman to HIV.
X, 30, appeared Monday in Jackson City Court charged with criminal exposure to HIV.
“They met on an online dating site called Badoo,” Jackson City Court Judge Blake Anderson read from an affidavit.
X is accused of having sex with a woman and not telling her he is HIV positive, according to court documents. “Had sex several times at her residence,” Anderson read.
According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, X is on the sex offender registry for a similar case from 2011.
X is currently free on $7,500 bond.
