Man from Barrie charged with aggravated sexual assault in Cornwall

A 34-year-old man from Barrie, Ont., is facing a charge after police were contacted about his behaviour on Aug. 13.
Police alleged the man had sex with an acquaintance and did not disclose he was HIV-positive as required.
The man, whose identity was not released, was charged with aggravated sexual assault.
He was held in police custody pending a bail hearing in Cornwall court.
