На днях прошел суд над 35-летним балаковцем, обвиняемым по статье «Заражение ВИЧ-инфекцией лицом, знавшим о наличии у него этой болезни».
Мужчина, зная, что с 2000 года болен неизлечимой болезнью в 2007 году проживал с 38-летней женщиной, не предупредив ее о наличии у него ВИЧ-инфекции, и не используя при «близости» необходимых средств защиты от инфекционных заболеваний.
Зимой прошлого года при обследовании у женщины было выявлено заболевание ВИЧ-инфекцией. Когда женщина сообщила о заболевании сожителю, тот признался ей, что длительное время является ВИЧ-инфицированным.
Потерпевшая не настаивала на строгом наказании подсудимого и просила суд не лишать его свободы.
Приговором суда балаковцу назначено наказание в виде 2 лет лишения свободы с отбыванием с исправительной колонии строгого режима.
