Woman Who Tells Undercover Officers She Has HIV Charged With Aggravated Prostitution

A woman who told undercover officers that she has HIV has been charged with aggravated prostitution. TH, 47, of Manchester, Tn., was taken to the Hamilton County Jail. Police said in the incident on Thursday she flagged down the three undercover officers on Woods Avenue. She asked for a ride.
