The organisation runs a high-quality, welcoming HIV care program from a dedicated HIV centre in Dili. The centre provides stigma free care, information and skilled counselling to help patients make good health choices. It also provides antiretroviral therapy. In addition, the organisation manages an HIV training programme for healthcare workers and offers guidance on the development of culturally sensitive clinical guidance materials.
