Man accused of throwing his blood onto nurse knowing he was HIV-positive
A man is accused of throwing his blood onto a nurse at a Hospital knowing he was HIV-positive, according to court documents.
Fifty-five-year-old X appeared in court on Thursday, where a bond was set in his case.
According to the affidavit, the victim was a nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital, where X was undergoing treatment.
X’s attorney said he is partially paralyzed following a stroke and auto accident and requires a home health aide.
He is facing a felonious assault charge.
The prosecution asked for a high bond. The judge set his bond at $50,000 secured.
