X was arrested and charged with criminal exposure to HIV, aggravated domestic assault, driving with license revoked, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a stolen weapon.

Chattanooga man was arrested for not disclosing his HIV and other charges on November 15. According to an affidavit, police responded to a report of a disorder off XX Drive around 7:15 a.m. Upon arrival, police met with suspect CX and his girlfriend.

X’s girlfriend said that he left the house the previous night after the couple had a “verbal disorder” but returned around 6:45 a.m. to take a shower.

X’s girlfriend said that she discovered that he had HIV on November 13 and they had been intimate on 38 separate occasions since August 16.
X confirmed to police that he had pled guilty to multiple counts of criminal exposure to HIV with other victims in the past.
X’s girlfriend told police that he possessed a firearm that was discovered to be stolen. Police also discovered X’s drivers license to be revoked.
X was arrested and charged with criminal exposure to HIV, aggravated domestic assault, driving with license revoked, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a stolen weapon.
X was booked into the Hamilton County Jail.
